Atlas by iRestify Terms of Service

Overview
Atlas by iRestify is an invitation-only portal operated by iRestify for authorized clients, trades, and internal users. Secure, invitation-only portal for authorized clients, trades, and internal users to manage restoration and maintenance workflows, review work orders, approve quotes, upload or view permitted documentation, and track status updates for records you are permitted to access. The portal supports restoration and maintenance workflows, work orders, quote approvals, status updates, documents and photos, and related collaboration within the access you have been granted.
Eligibility and authorized access
Only users who have been invited, provisioned, or otherwise authorized may access the portal. Accounts are issued or approved by your organization, client, trade partner, or iRestify. There is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Permitted use
You may use the portal only for legitimate business and workflow purposes related to your authorized role. You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt systems, scrape data, bypass access controls, or access records you are not permitted to view or change.
Role-based and record-level access
What you can see and do depends on your role, organization, and the records you are permitted to access. Visibility may differ by client, trade, or administrative context. Access to one work order, quote, or record does not grant access to other records.
User-submitted content
The portal may allow you to submit or upload forms, notes, photos, videos, documents, quote responses, and other materials. You confirm that you have authority to submit that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Content must not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. iRestify may use submitted content to provide, operate, and administer portal workflows.
Quotes, approvals, and workflow actions
Actions such as approving or rejecting quotes, updating status, uploading files, or submitting forms may affect operational workflows. Review details carefully before you confirm an action. If you believe an action was submitted in error, contact your organization administrator or iRestify support promptly.
Attachments, photos, and documentation
Documentation uploaded through the portal may be used for work verification, completion evidence, status review, coordination between clients and trades, and recordkeeping. Do not upload unrelated, unlawful, unnecessary personal, or confidential third-party content.
Privacy
Our handling of information in connection with the portal is described in the Atlas by iRestify Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for more detail on account, sign-in, and workflow data.
System availability and changes
The portal may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. iRestify may modify features, workflows, integrations, or access rules as needed to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the portal and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iRestify and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the portal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
Your access may be suspended or removed if you leave your organization, no longer require access, violate these terms, or if security or operational needs require it. Your organization or iRestify may change or revoke access at any time.
Changes to these terms
iRestify may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the portal after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
