iRestify Atlas Privacy
iRestify Atlas is an invitation-only secure portal for authorized clients, trades, and internal users. This page describes how we handle information in connection with portal access and workflow use.
Account and sign-in
When you sign in, we process account credentials and session data needed to authenticate you and maintain your session. If your organization enables Google sign-in, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from Google solely to verify your identity and match you to an authorized portal account.
Portal workflow data
Authorized users may view and act on restoration and maintenance workflow information within the portal, including work orders, quote approvals, and related status updates. We use this data only to provide portal services to users who have been granted access.
